Responsible for merchandising products by restocking shelves and building and replenishing displays by moving product from the backroom of the customer account. This person may lift or move an average of 50 lbs up to 160 lbs with or without a hand truck up to 47” from floor; and stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and carry on a repetitive basis. A Merchandiser must be able to pull 70 ft. lbs. with the use of the pallet jack, 250 lbs with the use of a two wheel hand cart, lift 50 lbs. overhead level, and climb on a ladder or step stool. Merchandisers are regularly required to drive to account locations in varying weather and traffic conditions, and may work weekends and holidays as requested. Minimum requirements for this position:

• GED/High School Diploma with ability to compute basic math functions
• Must be 21 years of age
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Valid Driver’s License with DWO/OWI free driving record
• Must show proof of insurability

Responsible for cleaning and services draft lines and equipment for On-Premise customer accounts, rotating stock according to code dates, and all other duties as assigned by the Draft Manager. A Draft Line Cleaner must have good communication and interpersonal skills, time management, troubleshooting, and accuracy skills. This person must also be able lift at least 165 lbs, and be able to move around in small quarters, bending and stretching in deep wells. Minimum requirements for this position:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid Driverís License with DWO/OWI free driving record
• Must show proof of insurability

Our Warehouse Pickers engage in fast-paced physical activity to move beverage cases around the warehouse in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner and to maintain a clean and organized warehouse. This person must be able to lift 160 lbs. from ground up to waist level, pull 70 ft. lbs. with the use of a pallet jack, push 80 ft. lbs. with the use of a two wheel hand truck, and lift 50 lbs. overhead level. This employee will be required to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, twist, reach, balance, and grasp on a frequent basis. The employee may be exposed to varying temperatures and must be able to perform physical tasks in all areas of the warehouse. The employee may also work in areas with slippery surfaces, confined spaces, and loud noise levels. A Picker must be able to work with scheduled break times and varying shift times, as well as weekends and holidays as requested. Minimum requirements for this position:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School or GED preferred
• Ability to compute basic math without a calculator
• Adequate spatial reasoning ability
